By accessing or using VocabMaster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VocabMaster is a vocabulary learning platform for Arabic-speaking English learners. It offers spaced-repetition study, AI-generated vocabulary, quizzes, progress tracking, and optional paid subscriptions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 18.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time via your account dashboard. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers. Payments are processed by Paymob under their own terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant VocabMaster a non-exclusive worldwide license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.
All Service content, trademarks, and code (excluding user content and open-source components) are the property of VocabMaster or its licensors.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; upon deletion, your personal data is removed subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the Service will meet your specific learning goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocabMaster's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
